WELCOME – Stage 1 Complete!

Here you can see the completed loop, allowing for continuous unaided operation.

My lovely smooth running 4-6-2 B.O.B. Class 56 Squadron loco pulling rake of 4 coaches, handling the loop and curved incline with ease.

LAYOUT INTRODUCTION:

A layout based on Preston (Lancs) station, and Docklands Railway, using historic track layout based on 1910 OS Map.
However in order to accommodate into my available surroundings, I transformed the station complex into a Terminal Station.

Also, the dockland scene (currently Ribble Branch only, rest yet to be added as a future stage) I have redesigned using artistic license, to make a more practical modelling experience.
This soon to include a large set of fiddle yard sidings.
